At PathWest, placing customers and communities at the heart of what we do is a key strategic priority. To support this commitment, we invite you to participate in the PathWest Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026.

Your feedback will help us better understand the pathology and diagnostic testing needs of healthcare professionals and the community, identifying opportunities to enhance the services, information and support we provide. The findings will assist PathWest in improving service delivery and supporting patient care, clinical management, and informed clinical decision-making.
