Action required Please share this update with relevant clinical, nursing, and administrative staff involved in requesting, collecting, and coordinating pre-operative and pre-procedure testing. Contact us If you have any questions about this change or require assistance, please contact: PathWest Customer Contact Centre T: 13 PATH (7284) E: info.pathwest@health.wa.gov.au Thank you for your cooperation and ongoing support.
