Semen Analysis Service Cessation

Please note that PathWest will continue to offer semen analysis for post-vasectomy samples. For this, please ensure that patients are advised of the following:

• Metro patients: samples should be delivered to PathWest, QEII Medical Centre,
  J Block within one hour of collection – Monday to Friday from 8am-3pm (post- vasectomy samples only).
• Regional patients: samples should be delivered to a PathWest collection centre within one hour of collection – Monday to Thursday only (post-vasectomy samples only).

If you wish to refer patients for fertility testing, they may submit samples to any of the following specialised collection and testing facilities:

• Concept Fertility Centre - Subiaco
• Western Diagnostic Pathology – Jandakot
• Clinipath Pathology – Osborne Park
• Australian Clinical Labs – Osborne Park
