PathWest staff recognised in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours List

We are thrilled to share that two of our staff have been recognised in the 2024 King’s Birthday Honours List and received the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the General Division.
Congratulations to Dr David Smith for his service to medicine in the field of microbiology and Dr David Speers for his service to medicine as a microbiologist. Dr Speers was also listed on the COVID-19 Honour Roll for his significant contribution to Australia’s response to the pandemic.
