A dedicated team of PathWest clinicians and scientists recently participated in the Bravehearts 777 Marathon at Burswood Park, raising approximately $2,500 in support of Bravehearts’ ongoing work to educate, empower and protect Australia’s children and assist adult survivors of child sexual assault.
PathWest is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children. Every day, our people contribute to the health and wellbeing of the community through science and pathology services. Participation in this event provided an opportunity to extend that commitment beyond the laboratory by raising awareness of the importance of child safeguarding and championing Bravehearts’ mission to educate, empower and protect Australia’s children.
PathWest extends a sincere thank you to every runner, donor and supporter who contributed to this achievement. Special congratulations to Adam Prior, Krist Ewe, Stefan Zalstrovs, Doug Bowen, Azalea Jolly-Byrne and Jovana Dedovic for representing PathWest and going the distance for an important cause.
