Non-Refundable Testing
A number of our tests are not covered by Medicare. We will not proceed with testing interstate and overseas patients if billing information is not provided.
Please view our current price list for out-of-state patients on our Resources page. Contact the laboratory for further details regarding cost, turn-around-times and sample requirements.
Patient Consent for Payment
Genetic testing can be an unforeseen and significant expense for patients; we will not charge a patient for testing without their express written consent. Requesting clinicians must provide signed consent to indicate their patients are aware of any costs involved. Please provide us with a completed consent form to ensure testing goes ahead as soon as possible.
